General terms  & conditions

The program launched on the 1st of January 2021. Hotel stays before this date are not included in the evaluation of membership status and level. However former Danubius loyalty guest members will be able to access benefits at the same Ensana loyalty membership level. Danubius Loyalty program (Europoints) members will be granted the benefits and discounts of the Ensana Life program’s same level if staying in any Ensana hotel. Ensana Life membership card will not allow the collection of Danubius Europoints.  

Members of the Danubius Europoint program will be eligible to redeem their points as per the conditions of the Danubius Europoints Program until 31st December 2022 but will not be able to collect further points at any Ensana hotel after the 1st of January 2021. Stays, payments with redeeming points of the Danubius Loyalty membership program are not subject to the “Ensana Life” membership benefits, no discounts will be granted on accommodation booked as a Danubius Europoints redemption.

Membership enrolment

The membership starts after the guest receives an activation email, has agreed on terms and conditions and has successfully activated the membership via the provided link (provided consent to join the program and accept the general terms and conditions), or has been granted access to a higher membership level after the latest stay in an Ensana hotel. Ensana will store its members guest data and will use it solely and only for Ensana legitimate business purposes.

Legal entities, persons under 18 years of age, employees of Ensana or its affiliates cannot become members of the “Ensana Life” program. Ensana accepts the responsibility to handle the data entered on the Ensana Life online platform. Members of the Ensana Life program may possess only one valid card at one time. Benefits of membership cannot be shared, transferred to any other individual, or company.

Levels & conditions of use

Ensana Life - Blue Card

New, or active members, even without any stay are entitled to receive a virtual Blue card. Members at a higher membership level will be granted this level if they do not qualify to retain their higher level based on their stays in the last 2 years (excluding stays in 2019 & 2020).

Ensana Life - Bronze Card

New, or active members with a minimum stay of 5 nights during the current year and last year (excluding stays in 2019 & 2020) are entitled to receive, or hold a virtual Bronze card after their stay/s. 

Discounts

  • 10% discount on hotel accommodation which are booked & paid directly at the hotel, without involving any intermediate, 3rd party agent or online booking platform (e.g. booking.com)
  • Discount applies for 1 room, confirmation is subject to availability 
  • 10% discount on other hotel services such as restaurants, spa, wellness, café, etc.
  • Discount applies to public rates, no discount on corporate, insurance, or any type of contracted rates

Benefits

  • Free early check-in upon availability
  • Free access to our supersaver offers
  • Free access to Ensana newsletter
     

Ensana Life - Silver Card

New, or active members with a minimum stay of 30 nights during the current year and last year (excl. stays during year 2019/2020) are entitled to receive a virtual Silver card after their stay/s.

Discounts

  • 15% discount on hotel accommodation which are booked & paid directly at the hotel, without involving any intermediate, 3rd party agent or online booking platform (e.g. booking.com)
  • Discount applies for 1 room, confirmation is subject to availability 
  • 15% discount on other hotel services such as restaurants, spa, wellness, café, etc.
  • Discount applies to public rates, no discount on corporate, insurance, or any type of contracted rates

  • Free early check-in, late check-out upon availability
  • VIP experience & treatment during stay
  • Free access to our supersaver offers

Ensana Life - Gold Card

New, or active members with a minimum stay of 50 nights during the current year and last year (excl. stays during year 2019/2020) are entitled to receive a virtual Golds card after their stay/s.

Discounts

  • 20% discount on hotel accommodation which are booked & paid directly at the hotel, without involving any intermediate, 3rd party agent or online booking platform (e.g. booking.com)
  • Discount applies for 1 room, confirmation is subject to availability 
  • Beside accommodation (see above) only consumptions during actual stays are further subject to discount for hotel’s own service
  • Discount applies to public rates, no discount on corporate, insurance, or any type of contracted rates

REPLACEMENT OF VIRTUAL CARD

Access member area with your active email address here and then download your card again.
You will be able to download your card as a virtual card image, or directly into your android/apple e-wallet.

STATUS INFORMATION

Access member area and check your status on the Ensana Life Membership platform. If you need further help please contact us at ensana.life@ensanahotels.com. Due to privacy regulations we will not provide any private information except to your registered email.

BOOKINGS

Ensana Loyalty Program members will be provided with a special promotion code (in your activation email), which they should use during the booking process. This promotion code will entitle members to the relevant discount on the hotel accommodation (corporate, or any other special contracted rates are not entitled to any discount)

Benefits and discounts must be claimed at the time of booking. 
Guests are required to provide their name, membership number and promotional code at the time of booking. Benefits and discounts can not be claimed retrospectively.

The particular benefits and discounts applied at the time of booking will be in accordance with the membership level at the time of booking.

Danubius Europoint Loyalty Program members can use the benefits of the program by simply sharing their card number (copy sent to hotel via e-mail) but will not be able to collect any further points within the Danubius loyalty membership program. Guests can decide if they wish to join Ensana Loyalty program by converting the same loyalty membership status into the Ensana Loyalty program as well (whilst keeping their membership with Danubius at the same time), or simply remain Danubius Loyalty guests without joining the Ensana Loyalty Membership program.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel your Ensana Life Loyalty Program membership at any time, cancellation of membership can be initiated by emailing us at ensana.life@ensanahotels.com. Ensana terminates the Ensana Life Loyalty program membership if:

a.)    the member violates the program’s terms and conditions 
b.)    in any case of misuse, related to a membership card’s benefits & discounts
c.)    the member cancels the membership in writing via email to ensana.life@ensanahotels.com 
d.)    the member does not give approval to the handling of his/her data, or revokes Ensana’s ability  to do so

Benefits of the Ensana Life membership cannot be used, or transferred by/to any other individual, or company. 

OTHER CONDITIONS

Ensana reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of Ensana Life Loyalty Membership program.  Ensana reserves the right to cancel the Ensana Life Loyalty Membership program unilaterally, with 90 days notice. After the 90-day cancellation period, further enrolments will not be available, and members can only use the benefits they have already been confirmed.
