Overall, my stay was fantastic. As I already mentioned to Mr Igaz, the staff were wonderful, the quality of the service was exceptional, and everything was truly first-class. The only aspect I found unpleasant, as I also discussed directly with Mr Igaz, was the frequent use of mobile phones by a considerable number of guests who showed little consideration for those around them. I fully understand that the hotel cannot control individual behaviour. However, it might be helpful to display signs inviting guests to use their phones only in areas where they will not disturb others.
