My stay at this hotel was, without exaggeration, one of the most delightful, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated travel experiences I have ever had. I have stayed in many hotels—ranging from small boutique properties to large luxury resorts—but very few manage to combine warmth, elegance, and world-class service with such effortless grace. From the moment I arrived until the day I reluctantly checked out, everything about this hotel made me feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely appreciated as a guest. When I first entered the lobby, I was immediately struck by its balance of sophistication and coziness. The décor was a harmonious blend of contemporary design and classic comfort: soft ambient lighting, plush seating areas, elegant floral arrangements, and natural materials that created an atmosphere both stylish and relaxing. The lobby had a pleasant scent—subtle, not overpowering—and calming background music that instantly put me at ease. It felt like entering a quiet, beautifully designed retreat far away from the noise of everyday life. The check-in process set the tone for the rest of my stay. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. They were attentive without being overwhelming, efficient but not rushed, and friendly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The front desk agent took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the hotel, including its amenities, dining options, and local attractions. I appreciated how naturally and comfortably the interaction flowed—the staff didn’t rely on scripted phrases, but instead engaged in real, thoughtful conversation. That small detail alone made me feel seen and valued. Once I reached my room, I realized just how much attention the hotel puts into creating a true home away from home. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Everything—from the placement of furniture to the choice of fabrics and artwork—felt carefully considered. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, with a soft but supportive mattress, crisp linens, and pillows that felt like sleeping on clouds. The lighting was adjustable, allowing me to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere in the evenings, and the blackout curtains ensured a deep, uninterrupted sleep. The room had a lovely welcome presentation: complimentary bottled water, a small assortment of snacks, a handwritten note, and a guide with personalized recommendations based on my interests. These thoughtful touches made the space feel warm and inviting. I also appreciated the abundance of storage space, the large desk, and the variety of charging ports conveniently located around the room—details that make a real difference during longer stays. The bathroom was equally impressive. It featured high-end fixtures, a spacious walk-in shower with strong water pressure, and premium toiletries that smelled wonderful and felt luxurious on the skin. The towels were thick and fluffy, and the lighting around the mirror was perfect for both morning routines and evening preparations. The bathroom felt like a small private spa, especially because it was spotless and filled with thoughtful conveniences. One of the most memorable parts of my stay was the daily breakfast. The buffet was truly exceptional—beautifully arranged, diverse in selection, and consistently fresh. There was an impressive variety of fruits, pastries, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, and hot dishes. The chef at the live cooking station prepared omelets and other dishes to order, always with a friendly smile. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. The pastries were soft and buttery, the fruits were perfectly ripe, and even the simplest items, like oatmeal or toast, tasted better than in most hotels. The dining room itself was bright and welcoming, with large windows that allowed natural light to pour in each morning. I particularly appreciated the leisurely atmosphere; I never felt rushed, and the staff always ensured I had everything I needed, from drinks to additional napkins. Their attention was subtle—never intrusive—but always present. In addition to breakfast, I also had the pleasure of enjoying lunch and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The culinary experience exceeded all expectations. The menu offered a creative blend of international cuisine and local specialties, and every dish was beautifully plated. I tried several items over the course of my stay, and each one was exceptional. The soups were rich and flavorful, the main courses were balanced and imaginative, and the desserts were light and delicious. It was clear that the chef and kitchen staff take pride in their craft, focusing not only on taste but also on presentation and originality. The service at the restaurant deserves special praise. The waitstaff were knowledgeable about the dishes and wine pairings, attentive to dietary preferences, and consistently friendly. They checked in at the perfect moments and always anticipated needs without interrupting the dining experience. Outside the room and dining areas, the hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines, free weights, and enough space for stretching or personal workouts. Even during busier hours, it never felt crowded. The spa, on the other hand, was a sanctuary of tranquility. Soft lighting, subtle fragrances, and calming music created a peaceful environment perfect for relaxation. The sauna and steam room were impeccably maintained, and the relaxation lounge offered comfortable seating, herbal tea, and a soothing atmosphere. I liked the Medical treatments. My family members liked SPA facilities, swimming pool, especially rimsky lazny. The employees at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Mineral bath with CO2 was the most favorite medical treatment. The perfect idea is to join several hotels with different facilities with the corridor full of surprises starting from beautiful pictures and sounds, with special lights that is perfect when it is dark outside The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was ideally situated, close to major attractions, public transportation, shops, and charming restaurants and cafés. Whether I wanted to explore the city, take a leisurely walk, or simply enjoy the neighborhood, everything was conveniently accessible. At the same time, the hotel itself felt like a calm oasis, shielded from noise and crowds Throughout my stay, the thing that impressed me most consistently was the quality and warmth of the staff. Regardless of department—reception, housekeeping, restaurant, spa, or concierge—every employee I interacted with was unfailingly polite, friendly, and genuinely invested in making my stay enjoyable. They answered every question with patience, offered recommendations that turned out to be perfect, and always seemed happy to help. Their professionalism was matched only by their kindness, and that combination created a truly welcoming environment The housekeeping team also deserves recognition for their exceptional standards. Not only did they maintain the highest level of cleanliness, but they also paid attention to small details that often go unnoticed: neatly arranging personal items, replenishing amenities without being asked, and ensuring that the room always felt fresh and inviting. These gestures may seem minor individually, but together they contributed to an overall feeling of comfort and care. I left the hotel feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already planning my next visit. It is a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone—whether traveling for business, leisure, or a special occasion. It is not just a place to sleep; it is an experience that elevates your journey and leaves you with wonderful memories. In every sense, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning soon and reliving the same level of comfort, warmth, exceptional service that made my stay unforgettable.

Everything very good except booking od parking place. Once had been confirmed by areival there was not a free parking. Bad communication between reception desk and reservation department.

We are very sorry, that we were unable to meet all your expectations. What about parking - in our hotel complex there are 478 rooms, and 120 parking places, therefore it is really necessary to book parking place well in advance, please for your understanding.
