Overall, my stay was generally good, but I have two important remarks:
First, when I made my reservation, I requested an appointment with the doctor on the same day of arrival after 1 PM. I submitted this request well in advance—more than two weeks before my stay—and I also repeated the request again during check-in. I even mentioned that I had no problem receiving my room after 3 PM, despite having a Gold Loyalty Card that normally qualifies me for early check-in. However, none of this was arranged.
Second, on the day of departure, I needed room service for no more than two minutes. I called and then went down several times from 9:00 AM until I left the hotel around 10:20 AM, but I did not receive the service. This was my fifth or sixth stay in this hotel, and this incident upset me greatly, especially since I did not receive any apology
