Guests

COVID-19 testing

Before entering our premises, kindly demonstrate a certificate from the nationwide testing with a negative result (blue confirmation) or, please, provide a proof of one of the exceptions from the entry ban. Exemptions form the entry ban: 

  • person with a confirmation of a negative result of a RT-PCR test performed from 29 October 2020 and later
  • members of the rescue and security forces or armed forces in the performance of their duties,
  • persons who have overcome COVID-19 and have proof of overcoming it not older than three months,
  • persons who have been have been diagnosed with COVID-19 between 1 August 2020 and 15 October 2020,
  • children under ten years of age,
  • persons whose medical condition or medical contraindication does not allow the COVID-19 test to be performed,
  • people who have been diagnosed with a moderate or severe mental disability,
  • persons treated with a severe autism spectrum disorder,
  • persons treated for severe, congenital or acquired immunodeficiency,
  • persons who have been prescribed isolation at the time of nationwide antigen testing for COVID-19,
  • entry of a person into a medical facility for the purpose of an urgent medical examination or preventive examination,
  • entering the facility to perform a test for COVID-19.

To ensure maximum prevention and safety for all our guests, we require a rapid entrance tests for COVID-19 from 15th of October 2020. 

  • Testing will be provided by our medical staff before accommodating.
  • The client can bring his own negative test not older than 72 hours. 
  • Without a test, it is not possible to accommodate any guest in our facility.
  • For stays for min. 7 nights is the test free of charge 
  • For stay for 6 nights or less - the test is charged as follows: Thermia Palace and Esplanade: € 20, All other hotels: € 15

Food & Beverage facilities

  • Hand sanitizers near all entrances or mandatory gloves
  • One-way route around service stations with social distancing requirements
  • Breakfast: Buffet – served by hotel staff; time of service divided from 7 AM to 9 AM and 9 AM to 11 AM, guests will choose time of service upon check in for the whole length of stay

  • All staff members underwent a RT PCR COVID-19 test before reopening and are tested as required by the actual hygienic-epidemiological situation
  • Daily body temperature measurement of staff members is managed randomly , dependent from the actual hygienic-epidemiological situation and preventive measures issued by the Public Health Authorities 
  • Regular staff trainings on implemented preventive measures 
  • All our professional disinfectant agents and cleaning supplies are from approved suppliers (Diversy, CWS, Ecolab)
  • All our staff uses face masks, gloves (where necessary) and other personal protective equipment
  • We have reviewed our internal processes and implemented operational procedures minimizing personal interactions and preventing spread of any infectious agents 

What we expect you to do!

  • Respecting social distancing 
  • Respect social distancing lines at front desk areas and the furniture arrangements in all indoor spaces
  • For the safety of other guests and staff members during the check-in procedure (dependent from the actual hygienic-epidemiological situation and preventive measures issued by the Public Health Authorities) you might be asked to undergo a body temperature measurement performed by our medical staff member. In case your body temperature exceeds 37,3 °C you’ll be consulted by a doctor from Ensana Hotels about your general health status
  • Wearing a face mask or any other appropriate upper respiratory tract protection (covering mouth and nose) indoors is mandatory, especially in public areas and areas with an (potentially sudden) increased concentration of guests where it is not possible to assure sufficient social distancing
  • Please wash and/or disinfect your hands regularly
  • Elevators can be used by 2 persons at a time, except members of the one family or persons staying in the same room. If possible, we recommend to use the stairs instead
  • For prepayments we recommend use online services or by bank transfer, for payments at the front desks we recommend using credit cards 
  • As a measure of social distancing we have divided the time of meal service. Upon check-in you may chose the desired service periods for breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • We have removed minibars from the guest rooms
  • Minishops have been established at all our hotels where you can purchase toiletries, small snacks and drinks for retail price
  • As part of the prevention and protection of the safety of all spa guests as well as employees, only accommodated guests are allowed to enter the hotel. External visits to guest rooms are not allowed.

Halls, front offices, public areas

  • We have installed glass protection panels at front desks, spa and medical receptions. Please, respect social distancing when lining up in these areas    
  • We have installed hand sanitizer units at main entrances, front offices, lift areas, public toilets, entrances to medical, spa and pool areas     
  • We have limited the use of elevators to 2 persons at a time, except members of the same family or guests staying in the same room     
  • We ensure that all key cards are disinfected before and after hand over     
  • We regularly clean and disinfect AC filters according to the recommendations and instructions    

Rooms

  • We have revised and updated our cleaning procedures to suit current requirements and removed items with high risk contamination and difficult to disinfect, such as, but not limited to minibars, flyers, brochures and extra blankets 
  • We clean the rooms every second day of your stay    
  • We do not change towels, bed sheets, covers and bathrobes regularly during your stay. Should you require these to be changed, please, contact the front desk and we will do so when you are not staying in the room 
  • After check-out all rooms are disinfected with professional disinfectant units to assure the safety of our guests and prevent any undesirable situation
  • TV remote control placed in your room is regularly disinfected and put in a plastic pouch for protection   
  • We wash, dry and iron all textiles used in the rooms at high temperatures assuring additional level of disinfection and protection of our guests
  • We use professional detergents and disinfectants in our laundry following protocols of our suppliers 
  • We clean and disinfect floor areas and handles with disinfectants regurarly  

Restaurant & kitchen

  • We have revised and updated our hygiene, cleaning and disinfection procedures to suit current requirement as well as supplier control and reception of goods    
  • All surfaces of food processing areas are disinfected hourly during the operation   
  • Food is served by our staff wearing personal protection equipment such as, but not limited to facemasks and gloves. Special preventive measures are applied to self-service and buffets
  • We have installed hand sanitizer units at restaurant entrances and inside. One-way direction move around buffets has been implemented
  • We have limited the number of tables and chairs in order to keep appropriate social distancing   
  • We have removed our a la carte menus and replaced them with disposable short menus   

 

Medical, Spa, Wellness, Pool, Beauty and other facilities

  • Sun beds are placed to assure social distancing. Exceptions are valid for families and guests staying in the same room
  • Indoors and in all areas with an (potentially sudden) increased concentration of guests where it is not possible to assure sufficient social distancing, wearing of face masks is mandatory
  • Hand sanitizers have been installed at entrances of all facilities    
  • Swimming pools (indoor & outdoor) are for hotel guest use only
  • Wearing a face mask or an appropriate upper respiratory tract protection for spa guests is not mandatory during treatments and/or in the fitness center , in guest rooms or in the restaurant during the time needed for food and beverage consumption as specified in the valid measures published by the Public Health Authority
