Prevention and control measures for your safety

What we have done and will do!

  • All staff members undertake a PCR Covid 19 test before reopening
  • Daily body temperature measurement for all staff members. Daily body temperature measurement for all staff member when arriving to the hift will stop as of 8th of June
  • Regular trainings for staff members on reenforced prevention measures, continous supervision of implementation
  • All our disinfectant agents and cleaning supplies are from approved suppliers (Divery, CWS, Ecolab)
  • All our staff use face masks, gloves (where necessary) inside the hotels
  • We have reviewed our internal processes and operational procedures in order to minimize interaction between members of staff, guests and staff and guests

What we expect you to do!

  • Please respect general social distancing measures between you and other guests and members of staff
  • Please respect social distancing lines at front desk areas and the rearrangement of furniture in the halls
  • For the safety of other guests and staff members the procedure of check-in has been amended with body  temperature check peformed by a medical staff, without recording the result. Please accept this procedure! In case your body temperature exceeds 37,3 °C a doctor from Ensana Hotels will consult you regarding your general state of health
  • Complying with the autorities' regulations, please wear a fask mask indoors when social distancing of min. 2 meters is not possible.
  • Please wash and/or disinfect your hands regularely
  • Elevators can be used by 2 persons at a time, except members of the same family or persons in the same room. We recommend to use the stairs
  • For prepayments we recommend paying online or by bank transfer, for payments at the front desks we recommend using credit cards
  • As a measure of social distancing we have devided the time of service of breakfast and dinner. Upon check-in you may chose the desired service periods for breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • We have removed minibars from the guest rooms
  • In case you need a product from the minibar - you will find a MINISHOP at the reception of your hotel.
  • For the safety of other guests and staff members visits to guests staying in the hotels are not allowed

Halls, front offices, public areas

  • We have installed acryl glass protection at front desks, spa and medical receptions. Please also respect the distancing lines on the floor in these areas.    
  • We have installed hand sanitizer units at main entrances, front offices, lift areas, public toilets, entrances to medical, spa and pool areas.     
  • We have limited the use of elevators to 2 persons at a time, except members of the same family or persons in the same room.     
  • We ensure that all key cards are disinfected before and after hand over.     
  • We regurarly clean and disinfect AC filters according to the reviewed program.    
     

Rooms

  • We have updated our cleaning procedures and we have removed items with high risk of contamination and difficult to disinfect, such as minibars, flyers, brochures, extra blankets 
  • We clean the rooms every second day of your stay.    
  • We do not change regurarly the towels, bed sheets, covers, robes during your stay. However, should you need a change please let us know and we will do it when you are not in the room  
  • After check-out all rooms will be disinfected with aerosol disinfectant units and if possible we will remove the room from accomodation circle for at least 24 hours  
  • Tv remote control is disinfected and put in a plastic pouch    
  • We wash, dry and iron all textiles used in the rooms at high temperatures in order to disinfect them
  • We use professional detergents and disinfectants in our laundary according to the protocol of our supplier 
  • We clean and disinfect the floor and halls with aerosol disinfectant units on regular basis  

Restaurant & kitchen

  • We have updated all our procedures of hygine, cleaning and disinfection, supplier control and reception of goods    
  • All surfaces of food production will be disinfected hourly during the operation   
  • Service of food will be done by our staff with the proper safety equipment, measure applied to buffet as well    
  • We have installed hand sanitizer units at restaurant entrances
  • We have limited the number of tables and chairs in order to keep 2 m distance between tables   
  • We have removed our a la carte menus and replaced them with disposable short menus   

 

Medical, Spa, Wellness, Pool, Beauty and other facilities

  • We will indorse 2 m social distancing between sun beds except families and persons occupying the same room
  • If social distancing is not possible, the waering of masks is mandatory
  • We will install hand sanitizer units at entrances of all facilities    
  • Swimmingpools (indooor & outdoor) are for hotel guest use only
