Check-in to the room and beginning of services at 2:00 p.m. on the arrival day, check-out and end of services at 11:00 a.m. on the departure day. Storage facilities for your luggage are available at the reception.
If you wish to check-in early or check-out late, an additional fee will be charged: 80 EUR for a five-star hotel stay, 50 EUR for a four-star hotel stay, 30 EUR for a three-star hotel stay.

Hungary, Piestany, Sovata: Early check-in supplement: valid on the arrival day from 10 am to 3 pm, use of the hotel’s spa facilities, but without any meals or drinks.
Late check-out supplement: valid on the departure day from 11 am to 4 pm, use of the hotel’s spa facilities, but without any meals or drinks.

You can cancel your stay free of charge until 7 days before arrival to avoid a penalty charge of 30% of the booking total. Further details to be shared in the offer/confirmation.

Children under 3.99 years of age are free of charge for accommodation and half board, on the same bedding with their parents and without any treatments.
Children 4 – 11.99 years of age are accommodated on an extra bed, and get 50% discount from the price of the extra bed.
If 1 adult is accommodated with one child or 2 children in 1 room or 2 adults with 2 children in 2 rooms, adults pay the rate for a single room. Rates for children are as above.

A deposit of 30% of the total package, a valid credit card, and a deposit via bank-transfer is required to confirm your reservation.
Reservations with no deposits are cancelled without any further notice 7 days prior to arrival. Further details to be shared in the offer/confirmation.

We will arrange your transport by car from the airport to the hotel with pleasure. For more information, please, contact the hotel directly.

Additional local taxes do not apply.

We gladly provide a 5% discount for our guests who are booking more than 21 nights of stay in Piešťany, Smrdáky or Mariánské Lázně, more than 14 nights of stay in Budapest, Hévíz, Sárvár or Sovata,
and a 10% discount for our guests who are booking more than 28 nights of stay in Piešťany or Smrdáky, or more than 21 nights of stay in Budapest, Hévíz, Sárvár or Sovata.

In order to prescribe the correct treatments, a medical check-up and examination by our doctor is obligatory in each of our hotels. It is usually conducted at the beginning of your stay. But if you do have prior medical examinations, it is good to have the results with you. 

Please note that we charge EUR 3 per night to enter and leave your vehicle in the hotel’s parking lot. 

You may pay with cash in the local currency, Euro (except Romanian citizens) and credit card (Visa, Master, Maestro). 

We accept all types of Romanian Holiday Vouchers (Up/Cheque Vacantes, Edenred, Sodexo), exclusively form the beneficiaries and the acquired package most contain accommodation as well. No deposit can be paid with these vouchers.

Our hotel accepts small pets at an additional charge of EUR 22 per night

Pets are not allowed in restaurant and wellness area.
